The Law Commission is in the process of conducting a review of the Arbitration Act 1996. The aim of the review is to “enhance the experience for those who choose to arbitrate in England and Wales and maintain English law as the gold standard in international arbitrations”. Toby Landau QC and Professor Dr Jacomijn van Haersolte-van Hof will discuss how the Act has fared over the past 25 years and what the future might hold by way of reform.
The session will take place on Saturday 26 March 2022 from (5:30pm – 6:00pm SGT) / (12:30pm – 1:00pm TRT), at Ciragan Palace Kempinski, Istanbul, Turkey.
