On 22 December 2023, the Government of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka designated Mr. Toby T. Landau KC to the Panel of Arbitrators and the Panel of Conciliators maintained by the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
In accordance with Article 16(3) of the ICSID Convention, the designation will be in effect for 6 years.
