We are pleased to announce that Chan Leng Sun SC will be launching the second edition of his book on Arbitral Awards, on 27 August 2025.
This second edition of Arbitral Awards examines the law relating to arbitral awards from two perspectives: awards resulting from arbitrations that are seated in Singapore and awards made elsewhere that are being enforced in Singapore. The book encompasses many significant areas of arbitration, many of which have been judicially examined.
As part of the launch, there will be presentations by Anselmo Reyes IJ and Dinesh Dhillon on key areas of arbitration jurisprudence, to be held at The Arts House.
