On 29 October 2025 the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) International announced the establishment of the International Arbitration Court, a first by an arbitration institution in a civil law jurisdiction. The International Arbitration Court will serve as an independent body composed of leading international arbitration experts, which will make key procedural decisions in the administration of arbitration by KCAB International. We are pleased that Chan Leng Sun SC has been appointed a member of the inaugural KCAB International Arbitration Court.
