About Us

The founding members of Duxton Hill Chambers are VK Rajah SC, Toby Landau KC,
Chan Leng Sun SC, Tham Lijing and Calvin Liang.

Our members consist of leading advocates and arbitrators whose expertise is frequently sought across the globe in all areas of dispute resolution, including strategic advisory services, litigation and arbitration. Our work encompasses the full spectrum of commercial disputes, including banking & finance, civil fraud, chancery and offshore work. Various members are also available for instruction in complex criminal cases.

Members advise on, provide expert opinions for and act in arbitrations and disputes around the world. Members are also available to act in all levels of Singapore-based litigation, including substantial High Court trials and appeals before the Court of Appeal.

Members can be instructed individually or as part of a team, and can provide a wide range of assistance in both contentious and non-contentious matters, both in Singapore and internationally. Members also regularly work alongside senior and junior counsel from other jurisdictions.

Duxton Hill Chambers is not a law firm. Members are neither partners nor employees of Chambers. Rather, like any set of Chambers, Duxton Hill Chambers is comprised of individual independent practices.
